Please note that by completing a purchase on www.bespokeimage.co.za you agree and confirm to the above conditions with regards to exchanges/returning of items.

You will receive correspondence in 24 hours from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) via email and a credit will be sent to you once the item is back in stock and in recommended condition.
