Rental Agreement:

1. All renters must be at least 18 years of age. Parents may rent for children. A copy or photo of a valid ID document must be provided before dress will be released.
2. For hygienic reasons please wear underwear while wearing all dresses.
3. PERMANENT TANNING PRODUCTS ARE NOT PERMITTED. Damages to the dress will result in additional fees or the cost of replacement of the dress.
4. Professional cleaning is included in the rental price and no additional cleaning charge will be assessed unless the dress is returned damaged or overly dirty.
5. Do not dry clean the dresses for any reason.
6. Dresses may “bleed”, transfer, or rub colour onto your skin and/or clothing/underwear/tights when worn and Bespoke Image is not responsible for such damage and will not compensate you for or race such garments, Using the dress is at your own risk of potential damage to garment.
7. Dress must be returned on due date stipulated. If not, the renter will be charged a penalty fee of R500 for every late day.

Payment and Deposits:

1. Full Payment: Full payment is usually required before or upon collection / delivery of the dress, via credit/debit card, cash, or EFT.
2. Security Deposit: A security deposit, often equal to the hire price, is required upon collection/delivery and is refundable upon timely and undamaged return of the dress.
3. Deposit Non-Refundable: Deposits may be non-refundable, especially for cancellations.
